Evaluation of rs10811661 polymorphism in CDKN2A / B in colon and gastric cancer

One of the causes of colon and gastric cancer is the dysregulation of carcinogenic genes, tumor inhibitors, and micro-RNA. The purpose of this study is to apply rs10811661 polymorphism in CDKN2A /B gene as an effective biomarker of colon cancer and early detection of gastric cancer.
