Expression of efflux pump activity in multidrug resistant (MDR) E. coli isolates by Cartwheel method

Bacteria resist antibiotic action through several mechanisms, including target al., teration, drug inactivation, decreased permeability, and increased efflux. The aim of the study is detection of EP mediated MDR phenotypes in E. coli by using EB agar Cartwheel method.
