Tahe determining role of social responsibility in choosing a tourist destination

The aim of the paper is to show changes and development trends in the tourism industry, paying particular attention to good business practices in the hotel industry. Good social responsibility practices in the area of the market, environment, society on the example of the hotel industry in Poland and Turkey were analysed.
