Transmission investment cost allocation in electricity markets considering active power reserves and N-1 contingency

In the electricity market operation, allocating the investment cost of transmission assets is a critical issue. In this paper, a qualified method has been suggested for allocation of the investment cost more equitably. The calculated results are evaluated on a 6-bus system.
