This study will present the current status of the management and legal framework in providing solutions to support banking activities of Fintech companies in Vietnam, thereby assessing the limitations and challenges of the legal framework. in providing solutions to support banking cooperation of Fintech companies. From there, the author proposes solutions on management mechanisms for service solutions related to e-KYC, Open API and build an Innovation Center in the banking sector to promote the cooperation between Fintech companies and Banks to complete the Fintech Ecosystem in Vietnam.

Fifteen complexes of 2, 2-bis- (benzimidazole, benzothiazole, and benzoxazole) compounds with Zr(IV), Ti(IV), and V(III) metal centers were synthesized, characterized, activated with methyalumoxane (MAO), and then tested for catalytic ethylene polymerization. The activities of the various catalysts were found to be functions of the hetero atoms in the ligand frameworks. The activity of the catalyst system 6/MAO was found to be 1372 kg PE/mol cat.

Thirty-one complexes of bis-(benzimidazole, benzothiazole, and benzoxazole) compounds with Zr(IV) metal centers were synthesized, characterized, activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO), and then tested for catalytic ethylene polymerization. The activities of the various catalysts were found to be functions of the heteroatoms in the ligand frameworks and the structure around the active metal center. The highest activity was obtained with 38/MAO (424 kg E/mol cat. h).

In the present paper, we describe the work being carried out by a group of professors so as to implement the follow-up and feedback processes of the activities students do throughout the first academic years in their Engineering studies. Not to mention, this project is within the EHEA (European Higher Education Area) framework. Our results show that these processes are key to enhance students learning, they can also have an impact in their academic performance and can be optimized in such a way that professors can assume the time it requires.

The basic properties of zeolites were studied by using quantum-chemical calculations. The obtained results have demonstrated that the basicity of zeolites in the forms of alkali cations (Li, Na or K) is increased with increasing cation radius. While the Si/Al ratio in the framework increases, the basicity of zeolites decreases. The application of adsorption method using acidic gases (CO2) for determining basicity may be suitable for solid bases without exhanged ion, but not for zeolites.

Knowledge management (KM) deals with the management of knowledge-related activities (Wiig, 1997; Civi, 2000) such as creating, organizing, sharing and using knowledge in order to create value for an organization. A more formal definition of KM, given by the American Productivity and Quality Center, is ‘the strategies and processes of identifying, capturing and leveraging knowledge’ (Manasco, 1996). It is an emerging field that has gained considerable attention, predominantly from the industrial community.
