Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved drugs donepezil, rivastigmine, tacrine and galantamine are AChE inhibitors and in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) these drugs are currently prescribed. However, these inhibitors have various adverse side effects. Therefore, there is a great need for the novel selective AChE inhibitors with fewer adverse side effects for the effective treatment.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyse the factors affecting quality management implementation in the adode brick enterprises in Mekong Delta. To address quality problems and their associated costs, there are 151 branch managers were selected as viable, it was determined that sufficient information could be found in order to meet the research objectives. From the fundamental of this study, this will be key to the strategy for the forthcoming years. To accomplish these objectives, the data were calibrated by Cronbach's Alpha and EFA, combined with multiple linear regression.

  • This investigation was conducted with an aim to study the work environment of the workers engaged in ironing clothes and to assess the postural discomfort while performing the activity. For the data collection 20 respondents were selected purposively in the age group of 30-50 years who were actively involved in ironing work. A pre-tested interview schedule was used to study the personal profile, job profile and their work environment. The results revealed that maximum number of respondents (65.00%) worked 10-12 hours per day.

A total of 50 respondents were selected randomly who were engaged in agriculture and allied activities. Data were collected through focus group discussion, Participatory Rural Appraisal and a semi-structured interview schedule.   • Menstruation is a normal physiological phenomenon occurring in females. Menstrual disorders frequently affect the quality of life in young women. It is found that consumption of junk foods, lack of physical activities and skipping of meals mostly breakfast are the major causes of menstrual disorders which are on increasing trend amongst the young girls. So it becomes imperative to study the effects of these factors on menstrual cycle. Through purposive sampling hundred girls were selected for the study.   • Diarrhoea is one of the most important problem causing great economic loss to dairy industry by drastic reduction in milk production. The present study was carried out in cattle reared at different organized dairy farms in and around Durg to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of synbiotics along with antibiotic in diarrhoeic cattle. A total of 18 cattle were selected and divided into three groups. Group I (n=6) served as normal healthy control whereas group (n=6) II and III were diarrhoeic cattle.
