Agriculture of mountainous regions

This study aimed to assess the perception of H'mong farmers in the northwest mountainous region on climate change, its impacts on crop production, and their adaptation strategies. Reports on natural disaster events and their damages for the period ranging from 2012- 2021, together with meteorological data including daily temperature and precipitation for 1991-2021, were collected.

The objectives of the thesis are to propose orientations and solutions to develop and organize agricultural production in mountainous regions of Thanh Hoa until 2025 in the direction of efficiency improvement and sustainable development; simultaneously, provide more scientific basis for formulation of policies of economic and social development in general and in particular.

The objective of the thesis is to determine the factors and their influence on the choice of application and decision to maintain tea production methods according to GAP standards of tea farmers in the Northern midland and mountainous region. Based on the results of empirical research, the thesis proposes solutions to encourage farmers to apply and maintain tea production according to GAP standards.
