Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp phân tích thứ bậc (Analytic Hierarchy Process - AHP) có thể xếp hạng các tiêu chí, đồng thời hỗ trợ lựa chọn ra được phương án phù hợp nhất. Kết quả nghiên cứu từ các chuyên gia nhân sự và phân tích AHP cho thấy, phương án giảm giờ làm việc đáp ứng việc thỏa mãn các tiêu chí cho trước. Từ đó, bài nghiên cứu đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm nâng cao chính sách đãi ngộ nhân sự tại các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ của Việt Nam.

This paper proposes a model using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) tools viz., Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).
