The purpose of this research was to study the level of appreciation executive and senior managers have towards the contribution person-environment (P-E) fit attributes, in particular the person-organisation (P-O) fit and person-job (P-J) fit attributes, have in describing the competency of a project manager from the perspective of executives and senior managers who, within their respective organisations, are responsible for the workplace management team that directly manages short and long-term projects.

Dioms are extremely difficult topics and merely well-understood by foreign English learners and even native speakers of English who take the idioms and proverbs for granted because when they use idioms, they do not know if they are using them. The article is about the evaluation by graduate students on the classroom climate in the previous universities. The classroom climate is one of the elements to contribute to the success of teaching session. According to the inventory, there are seven factors to survey the classroom climate. The findings show that the respondents appreciate teachers of creating the solidarity of the members in the classroom; and evaluate lowly that they could not get team work, and learning achievements as expected.

A series of chimeric receptors was generated between the epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor, ErbB-1, and its homologue, ErbB-4, to investigate the roles of the extracellular domains (I–IV) in the ligand specificities. As compared with ErbB-1 and the chimeras with both domains I and III of ErbB-1, the chimeras with only one of these domains exhibited reduced binding of 125I-labeled EGF. Particularly, the contribution of domain III was appreciably larger than that of domain I of ErbB-1 in 125I-labeled EGF binding.

The role of vertebrate histone proteins or histone derived peptides as innate immune effectors has only recently been appreciated. In this study, high levelsof corehistoneproteins H2A, H2B, H3 and H4 were found in hemocytes from the Pacific white shrimp,Litopenaeus vannamei. The proteins were identified by in-gel digestion, mass spectrometry ana-lysis, and homology searching. The L. vannameihistone proteins were found to be highly homologous to histones of other species.
