In this study, the algorithm was applied to a model of an unstable electrical system with a degree of 66 and reduced to degrees 8 and 15. Simulation results using Matlab showed that the HBT method was successful in reducing the order of the system and improved simulation time. The reduced-order system of degrees 8 or 15 can be used in place of the original system in applications in the time or frequency domain during analysis, design, simulation or implementation of electrical networks.

The paper is an overview on an algebraic approach to domains of linguistic variables and some first applications to show the applicability of this new approach. In this approach, each linguistic domain can be considered as a hedge algebra (HA for short) and based on the structure of HAs, a notion of fuzziness measure of linguistic hedges and terms can be defined. In order to apply hedge algebras to those problems, the results of which are needed, a notion of semantically quantifying mappings (SQMs) will be introduced.

The main idea of this method is that the force of the controlled damping will change, so that the magnitude of the force is equal to that of the spring, but the direction of the forces is the opposite. This will reduce the vertical acceleration of the vehicle body. The simulation results in the time domain have been clearly shown by using the balance control methods. The root mean square of the vertical displacement, pitch angle and their accelerations decrease by 25-50%, compared to the passive suspension system.

This paper describes a novel instancebased sentence boundary determination method for natural language generation that optimizes a set of criteria based on examples in a corpus. Compared to existing sentence boundary determination approaches, our work offers three significant contributions. First, our approach provides a general domain independent framework that effectively addresses sentence boundary determination by balancing a comprehensive set of sentence complexity and quality related constraints.

We evaluate the accuracy of an unlexicalized statistical parser, trained on 4K treebanked sentences from balanced data and tested on the PARC DepBank. We demonstrate that a parser which is competitive in accuracy (without sacrificing processing speed) can be quickly tuned without reliance on large in-domain manuallyconstructed treebanks. This makes it more practical to use statistical parsers in applications that need access to aspects of predicate-argument structure.
