Designing cantilever retaining walls is an important task in various construction projects. The study "Optimizing cantilever retaining wall design using feasibility rule-based evolutionary algorithm developed with Visual C# .NET" aims at constructing an evolutionary-algorithm-based cantilever retaining wall design approach. Differential Evolution (DE) and the feasibility rule-based constraint-handling (FRBCH) method are integrated to achieve the research objective. A DE based software program incorporating FRBCH has been developed with Visual C# .NET to facilitate its implementation.

Exports has played an important role in economic growth in most countriesand territories. The article uses a panel data regression model to analyze the growth of ten provinces in Red River Delta (Vietnam) in the period 2005-2020. The research result shows that there are factors that positively affect the economic growth of Red River Delta, including investment capital (variable LnI), labor (variable LnL), exports (variable LnEx) and price index (variable CPI).

This paper uses decomposition analysis and Tapio decoupling indicator to shed light on the role of reducing aggregate carbon emission intensity in decoupling economic growth from carbon emissions. The case study is Vietnam, a developing country with high carbon emissions per unit of GDP. Using data from the World Development Indicators by the World Bank, the research results show that low total carbon emissions growth and better decoupling status are achieved only in the years with a reduction in aggregate emission intensity.

he study is conducted to identify potential applications and to outline the relationships among these applications to develop the use of blockchain in developing agricultural supply chains. This study is carried out to examine the relationship between environmental disclosure and financial performance of companies in the food and beverage industry listed on the Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi stock exchanges, for the period from 2017 to 2021. Using content analysis and General Least Squares, the research reveals that greater environmental disclosure negatively influences the firm’s financial performance.

This study is conducted based on the hypothesis of an accident from Fengcheng NPP with an incident level of 7, equivalent to the Fukushima accident. A modeling system has been established with different failure scenarios based on the Delft3D model. The research results will provide more insights into the extent and scope of the incident and the impact of meteorological conditions and dynamics on the propagation and distribution of radiation when an incident occurs.
