In recent years, study on asphalt binder that provide strong rutting and cracking resistance is considered of great significance as it can help provide extended pavement life and significant cost savings in pavement construction in Vietnam. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the performance characteristics of Korean modified asphalt binder in hot mix asphalt (HMA) mixture under Vietnam condition.

In this paper, a membership function of the form S-function is applied to improve the quality of extracted linguistic summaries. Besides, the applied algorithm is parallelized to reduce running time. The experimental results with the creep dataset have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Seismic analysis of soil-structure interaction (SSI) is a challenge due to the nonlinearities of soil-foundation interaction (SFI). The reliability of the design and the analysis results will suffer if SSI is ignored. This study seeks to examine (1) the impact of crisis timing strategies (stealing thunder and thunder) on responsibility and (2) explore the role of involvement in the crisis communication field. The experiment employees a between-subjects design and utilizes a fictitious crisis scenario to collect data from 300 participants. The results show that the use of stealing thunder to mitigate crisis damage is much more beneficial to organizations than thunder.

The data collected using purposive sampling and Slovin formula. The hypothesis of this research is tested by multiple linier regression. The research results showed that the variable site design, informative, security and communication have a partialy significant effect to the online shopping customer satisfaction, while the convenience of shopping variable is not significant. This understandable because each online store has different system and procedure that incovenience for consumers.

Magnetic bearing systems have received much attention in the research community for the past decades. Its inherent nonlinearity and open-loop instability present challenges for controller design. This thesis investigates and designs model predictive control (MPC) systems for an experimental Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) laboratory system. A host-target development environment of real-time control system with hardware in the loop (HIL) is used for implementation of the predictive control systems.
