This study employs the Stimulus-Organism-Response theory in consumer behavior research to investigate the decision-making process of consumers regarding Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services. Data from 348 university student questionnaires were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings highlight the significantly mediating roles of emotion and cognition in shaping trust during the pre-purchase process, ultimately influencing consumers’ intentions to adopt BNPL services.

This study aims to identify the determinants that influence the repurchase intention towards counterfeit products among consumers’ using the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) framework. Data was collected via questionnaire from 114 consumers’ based in Penang, Malaysia. The final results indicate that attitude, perceived behavioural control, product involvement and brand image are crucial determinants affecting purchase intention towards counterfeit products.

The proposed research framework encompasses 3 aspects of atmospheric cues from the website (ARQW) such as ubiquity (UB), ease of use (EOU) and information exchange (IE) to establish the research hypotheses. PLS-SEM results revealed that the atmospheric cues from web sites (ARQW) such as ubiquity (U), ease of use (EOU) and information exchange (IE) are key determinants of millennial’s intention to use the online property website in Malaysia. This discovery provides important findings on the factors that have strong impact on consumers’ intention regarding online property websites.

This study tests quantitatively whether attitude becomes intervening between brand image and perceived value towards revisiting intention, using a partial least square method to analyze data, a survey with questionnaires on 100 consumers of resort hotels in Bandung City by considering the supply chain management. The result showed that consumer attitude in Bandung City is not significant as an intervening role for brand image perceived value and revisit intention.

This study examines the influence of social media engagement behaviors at various levels (consumption, contribution, creation) on destination advocacy and revisiting intention. Survey results from 273 tourists reveal that consuming behaviors influence destination advocacy and revisiting intention; creating behaviors only influence destination advocacy, and contributing behaviors do not significantly impact destination support and the intention to revisit.

Rooted from ATAR model, this study aims to examine the effect of halal product accessibility and availability on halal awareness of packaged food products in Malaysia and Thailand consumers. In addition, halal awareness also proposed to influence intention to purchase halal packaged food products. The study among 760 consumers in Malaysia and Thailand revealed that accessibility enhanced halal awareness for Muslim-dominant country whereby availability plays a crucial role in explaining halal awareness for non-Muslimdominant country.

The questionnaire delivered to the student that is already experiencing booking hotel via Traveloka.com. The results show that the attitude positively influences the intention to book the hotel.
