The method results confirm that perceived value contributes a stronger influence on customer satisfaction than perceived quality does. Perceived quality is reflected more by service while there is less point of differentiation on tangible product. The aim of the study was to establish the role of external auditors in corporate failure in the banking sector. The study discovered that the auditing gaps within banks are tangibility and empathy services. Work on the Vehicle Repair Rule (previously entitled Vehicle Standards Compliance (Repair)) was initiated in early 1993 with a call for industry suggestions on what the rule should contain and achieve.
