Electrochemical activated water

The solution of paracetamol and sildenafil (Penagra) was effectively sensed using modified carbon paste electrodes. LNPs showed a good photocatalytic activity (PCA) for Orange Red (OR) dye under UV light irradiation. These results indicate that the synthesized LNPs are a good candidate for displays, waste water treatment and for the use as electrochemical sensors.

This paper provides the calculation of the distribution of the concentrations of complex particles of the Sn(II) - citrate - water system in the solution volume, on the surface of the electrode, and in the diffusion layer for the tin citrate electrolyte containing an excess of the ligand. Based on the calculations for the electrodeposition of tin, an electrolyte containing [SnCit]2− complex at pH 8.0 was chosen.

The electrocatalytic activities of Prussian blue analogues (PBAs) have recently received much attention due to their robustness and efficiency. Considering that PBAs with hexacyanocobaltate building block stand forward among other PBAs, a systematic study on a family of metal hexacyanocobaltates is presented in this study. Metal hexacyanocobaltates (M = Co, Mn, Ni, and Fe) were prepared, characterized, and electrochemical studies were performed.

In the past years there has been a great interest in self-doped TiO2 nanotubes (blue TiO2 nanotubes) compared to undoped ones owing to their high carrier density and conductivity. In this study, blue TiO2 nanotubes are investigated as photoanode materials for photoelectrochemical water splitting. Blue TiO2 nanotubes were fabricated with enhanced photoresponse behavior through electrochemical cathodic polarization on undoped and annealed TiO2 nanotubes.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of using EAS to treat broccoli seeds on seed germination rate and growth of sprouts. The EAS was generated from KCl solution, which was then diluted with distilled water at 1.0, 0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2 and 0.1 strengths of the source EAS.

Studies have been carried out to determine the effect of activated aqueous solutions (anolytes and catholytes) on multi-resistant strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro after storage at room temperature. The solutions were obtained by electrochemical activation of water with 0.8% NaCl, and with a combination of 0.4% NaCl and 0.4% Na2CO3. The disinfectant Virkon S was used as a control. Cultures were made on Cetrimide agar after different intervals of action of the solutions on P. aeruginosa suspensions (106 cells/ml).

The present work investigated the corrosion protection performance of Ce(III) activated-cerium(IV) oxide nanoparticles for carbon steel in a NaCl solution. Ceria nanoparticles were synthesized by homogeneous precipitation in ethanol/water mixed solvent. The obtained CeO2 nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).

Human skin cells have limited mechanical and biochemical resistance properties. As such, it can be difficult for them to exist under extreme conditions due to a lack of resistance resulting from factors including chemical stabilities, abrasion strength, impact stress and other biological activities. In order to combat these problems, we have synthesized a highly specialized physicochemical skin analogue polymerization. This sees functional groups prepared on an electrochemical magnetic field and then synthesized in human-like water dispersion electrolyte conditions.

This research aims to study on the disinfection efficiency of Hoa Sen medical instrument sterilizing equipment based on the application of ECA technology at General Hospital and Obstetrics and Paediatrics Hospitals in Tra Vinh. The results of the study showed that the suitable condition for malt production as follows: wheat was washed in anolyte solution pH 2.5-4.0, then soaked in catolyte solution at 25oC to reach moisture of 40-43% and germinated at 20oC/ 96-104h, the diastase activity was highest. Paddy was washed in anolyte solution, soaked in catolyte solution at 25oC, then germinated at 25oC/ 130h in catolyte solution.

In this paper, we compare coagulation ability of electrochemically activated aluminium colloid, PAC and aluminum sulphate in water purification of Red and Tolich rivers. The examined results shown that activated aluminium colloid is better coagulatant than PAC and aluminium sulfate in releasing Red river turbidity and Tolich river organic pollutants.

Fujishima and Honda (1972) demonstrated the potential of titanium dioxide (TiO2) semiconductor materials to split water into hydrogen and oxygen in a photo-electrochemical cell. Their work triggered the development of semiconductor photocatalysis for a wide range of environmental and energy applications. One of the most significant scientific and commercial advances to date has been the development of visible light active (VLA) TiO2 photocatalytic materials. In this review, a background on TiO2 structure, properties and electronic properties in photocatalysis is presented.

Where water resources are not limited, regular watering with mobile water trucks or fixed sprinkler systems is effec- tive. Otherwise the application of surface binding agents, the selection of suitable construction materials and the sealing of heavily used access ways may be more suitable.
