The study provides empirical evidence from a sample of 438 employees working in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam through assessing the appropriateness of the measurement model and testing the linear structural model PLS- SEM. Research results show that the components of the green transformation leadership style have a positive influence on green human resource management.
