This article is the results of the survey conducted based on the scale “The feeling of happiness at work” with 18 items to measure the happiness of employees. The aim of this research is to clarify the current status of teachers‟ perception of happiness during the implementation period of the 2018 General Education Program; hence, the research duration is calculated from the initial phase of implementing this program.

The role of employees is vital for service businesses. Therefore, maintaining employee satisfaction plays a significant role in the performance of service companies. The topic shows a comprehensive picture of the level of job satisfaction of officers and employees working in the commercial banking system in Ho Chi Minh City through 09 aspects of satisfaction. Regression results of the study prove that job satisfaction in the aspect of “Communication of information” has the most substantial impact on the “General satisfaction” of employees.

This study aims to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the employees’ attachment to garment enterprises. Subjects selected for the study are workers who are working at some garment enterprises in Hanoi. By surveying the opinions of 295 employees and using SPSS statistical software to verify the database based on the SEM linear structural model with 5 groups of factors affecting employees' attachment, the results have shown that there are 4/5 groups of factors affecting the employees’ attachment with garment enterprises.

This study is quantitatively conducted to build and test a model of the relationship between CSR and satisfaction of workers employed by the textile manufacturers in Vietnam. The test results showcase the factors including training and development, health and safety, job, dialogue and compensation are positive toward the satisfaction of the employees.
