Enterprises’ value chain

The main objective of this study is to verify how social enterprises through recycling cooperatives are developing reverse logistics under the theoretical lenses of economic, social and environmental value creation in Brazil and Poland. For the accomplishment of this research qualitative approach was applied, and the method used was multiple case studies, where more than one object of study was considered, with an exploratory and descriptive nature.

The paper presents the improved function of transforming the assessment criteria values and the formula of value calibration. The advantages of this function are flexibility and taking account the regular tendencies of changes in the criteria values. The level of enterprise performance is determined by an integrated index obtained as partial desirability functions folding by gmean. This generalizing desirability function is sensitive to small transformed criteria values that realizes tough requirements to assessment.

But nowadays, according to Service - Dominant logic, the customer can determine the enterprise resource through the process of using service to decide which of the supplier to work. The purpose of this study, described in the article, is to develop the approaches to the use of digital enterprise personnel psychological management, which allows it to become value-oriented, adaptive to virtual technologies, psychologically resistant to changes and effective in supply chain management.
