To evaluate the results of cerebral hemorrhage surgery due to cerebrovascular accident at Viet Tiep Hospital. Patients and methods: The study included 31 patients diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage due to cerebrovascular accident, who were treated with surgery at Viet Tiep Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023.

The study presents the evaluation results of typical PAEs (6 PAE indicators) of the PAE family in water samples from Ho Tay Lake, Hanoi. The quality of lake water in general and in Hanoi in particular is influenced by many factors. The sources of treatment in lake water such as restaurant businesses and residential areas nearby, can degrade lake water quality.

In this paper, we identify and evaluate 42 tower crane safety risk factors specific to the Vietnamese construction industry based on their probability of occurrence, severity of impact, and associated risk levels. The paper reveals that the most probable risk factor is “Unfavorable winds (including intensity, direction, etc.)” with a mean value of 3.641.

Many environmental factors have been reported to be associated with the risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS), such as lack of exposure to sunlight, vitamin D deficiency, obesity, smoking, and infectious mononucleosis. Vitamin D deficiency has been shown to play a role in immune system function and may increase the risk of developing MS, although there are many confounding factors and inconsistent results. In this report, we evaluated vitamin D levels in newly diagnosed MS patients to determine the need for vitamin D supplementation.

Lymph node metastasis (LNM) status is an important prognostic factor that strongly influences the treatment decision of early gastric cancer (EGC). This study aimed to evaluate the pattern and clinical significance of LNM in EGC. Methods: A total of 354 patients with carcinoma in situ (n =42), EGC (n =312) who underwent radical gastrectomy were enrolled. Risk prediction models incorporating single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) could lead to individualized prevention of colorectal cancer (CRC). However, the added value of incorporating SNPs into models with only traditional risk factors is still not clear.
