In this work, an ultrasonic-assisted surfactant/ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) extraction method was developed to extract six tetracycline antibiotics from food samples before their chromatographic determination using high performance liquid chromatography. The ATPS was formed with 1-allyl-3-methyl-imidazolium bromide, Triton X-100, and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate. The parameters including type and amount of surfactant, ionic liquid and salt, pH of sample solution, and sonication time were optimized.

In this work, ratio spectra of the first derivative spectrophotometric and liquid chromatographic methods have been described for the first time for the simultaneous determination of perindopril (PER), indapamide (IND), and amlodipine (AML) in dosage forms. For chromatographic separations several mobile phase compositions were tested for efficient separation with the use of a new column technology related to superficially porous particles. Optimum chromatographic separation was achieved using a Kinetex C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm I.D. 5 µm) at a flow rate of 1.5 mL min−1 .

Tanacetum mucroniferum Hub.-Mor. & Grierson was collected from Sakaltutan in Erzincan Province of Turkey. Comparative phytochemical investigation was carried out on the ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of the plant. The secondary metabolites were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods such as column chromatography, medium pressure liquid chromatography, high-performance thin-layer chromatography, and preparative thin-layer chromatography.

A simple and inexpensive method was developed using liquid - liquid extraction, together with high performance chromatographic method for determination of methoxyfenozide residues in grapes. The evaluated parameters include the extracts by distilled water and acetonitrile solvents. A modified QuEChERS method for simultaneous detection of monocrotophos, deltamethrin, phosphamidon and dichlorovos insecticides in cabbage and cauliflower samples was developed. A Reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method (RP-HPLC) for the simultaneous determination of tetracycline, Oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline residues in milk has been developed.
