In the paper, we propose a mathematical model that combines bottom erosion and riverbank failure mechanisms. The model incorporates high-performance GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) to enhance its computational efficiency and capability.

Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the common types of cancer in Vietnam. Over 50% of GCs are diagnosed at an unresectable stage. Deficiency in mismatch repair proteins (MMR) leading to microsatellite instability (MSI-H) is a crucial prognostic factor currently under investigation in these patients. This study aimed to determine the rate of MMR protein expression and its correlation with clinical characteristics, histopathological features, and overall survival in unresectable GC patients.

Magnetic bearing systems have received much attention in the research community for the past decades. Its inherent nonlinearity and open-loop instability present challenges for controller design. This thesis investigates and designs model predictive control (MPC) systems for an experimental Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) laboratory system. A host-target development environment of real-time control system with hardware in the loop (HIL) is used for implementation of the predictive control systems. Thus dressing poor represents a willful instability in its relationship to beauty and offers an alternative way to think through the history of fashion.

This research aims to assess how the student loans have been affected by the political instability in the country. Accordingly, primary data and second data were collected in order to run the analysis on the theme. The first one was collected from interviews and questionnaires while the second one from articles, books and academic articles to constitute the literature review. Moreover, gaps were identified in the existing knowledge about the theme and were discussed and analysed.

The ripplon modes of two segregated Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) confined by one and two hard walls are respectively studied by means of the hydrodynamic approach within the Gross-Pitaevskii (GP) theory. For the system at rest we find that due to the spatial restriction the dispersion relations are of the form ω ∼ k 2 in low momentum limit for both cases, while for the system in motion parallel to the interface the dispersion relations for both cases are ω ∼ k at low momentum limit and, furthermore, the system becomes unstable.
