The role of employees is vital for service businesses. Therefore, maintaining employee satisfaction plays a significant role in the performance of service companies. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of marketing communication activities at universities in the digital era. In the empirical study, the data were collected from 396 students studying courses at the University of Finance and Accountancy (UFA). The data were analyzed descriptively. The research design was conducted using quantitative approaches. The major findings showed that the students’ proficiency in English did not satisfy the expectations of the stakeholders. Therefore, some practical solutions are given to improve the students’ level of use of English for tourism, including designing English tourism curriculum; building an e-learning system supports students’ self-studying; students’ opportunities to communicate in English, and the assessment processes; strengthen cooperation, learning and exchange with international enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to identify the sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) by using factor analysis (exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis). Using a survey questionnaire, data were collected 230 respondents from private hospitals in Malaysia. The findings found that the factor analysis for SSCM model was fit and acceptable with four dimensions (environment, information and communications technology, culture change, and risk management).
