  • This paper evaluates sustainable urban bus service quality based on passenger perception and expectation in local tourism destinations in order to attain a comprehension of tourists’ attitudes towards local public transport. The study focuses on the combination of route 101 and 102 by Rapid Penang bus to investigate passenger satisfaction because the bus is the main public transport used by most tourist who use both routes. Data collection by questionnaire survey from 201 valid questionnaires was analysed using sustainable assessment model for both routes.

  • The purpose of this study is to forecast the arrival of foreign tourists in Indonesia by using Artificial Neural Network and Holt-Winters approach esutilising the historical data from January 2011 to December 2017. From the calculation process, we found that MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value of Artificial Neural Network and HoltWinters approaches are 5.60% and 5.43%, respectively. So it can be concluded that the HoltWinters approach is better than the Artificial Neural Network approaches in forecasting the foreign tourists arrival in Indonesia.

  • In theory, the integration of Kano Model and SERVQUAL into Quality Function Deployment is to remove the assumption of linear and to offer innovative input. Kano Model characterizes attributes for product or services based on the level of customer satisfaction towards the attributes. Indirectly it can facilitate SEVQUAL to determine level of priority to the improvement process required by the organisation based on certain categories requested, in which this is going towards into the improvement of customer satisfaction.

One of the most important components of tourism infrastructure is the hotel industry. In recent years, the quantity of means of collective placement in the Republic of Tatarstan increased.   • The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of the development of supply chain strategy in the tourism KEK Kelayang Cape as an alternative economy after Tin Mining.   • An observational study, paired with a comprehensive analysis of literature, is conducted to explore the gamut of the transportation networks in Melaka and its relation and contribution to the tourism industry. Findings show that Melaka’s tourism industry is dependent on transportation networks. Public transportations are found to be inadequate. Issues such as seasonal congestion and public transportation inadequacy need to be addressed immediately to ensure that smooth flow and dispersal of traffic, entering and exiting Melaka.
