This paper presents a solution to the power balance control strategy for WSN with collaborating heuristic. A distance between the weight factors and obtained nodes interference value is used to establish a useful interference model for enhancing the signal-to-interference-noise ratio (SINR). The utility function of the nodes residual energy and transmission rate is modeled by apply heuristic strategy. The optimal transmission power is obtained after several iterations of the heuristic algorithm.

In this study, 1000 data sets randomly generated by the FEM through iterations are used for the training process to get optimal weights. Based on these obtained optimal weights, beam behaviors under the changes in material distribution through thickness could then be predicted. In this model, the ANN’s inputs are the gradation index of the power-law distribution and thickness, while the outputs are compliance and beam displacements. The computed results are verified against those derived from the FEM.

This article presents the iterative weight transformation technique of the problem handle the free geodetic network at Tuyen Quang hydropower. The results showed that the largest displacement value was 2.2 mm/year and equivalent to the actual measurement error. This calculation method provides more useful information about the displacement model of geodetic base points, helping to plan a large-scale project safety assurance.

In this paper, the fractional-order modeling of multiple groups of lithium-ion batteries with different states is discussed referring to electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) analysis and iterative learning identification method. In current work, an effective method is introduced for the optimal cross-section distribution in steel moment resisting frames under severe earthquakes by means of uniform deformation theory and adaptive method. The main goal is to distribute the construction material (weight) along the height of the structure in such a way that the lowest damage due to earthquakes is obtained. In adaptive method, materials gradually transfer from strong parts to weak parts by an iteration procedure during nonlinear time history analysis.
