  • This study aims to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the employees’ attachment to garment enterprises. Subjects selected for the study are workers who are working at some garment enterprises in Hanoi. By surveying the opinions of 295 employees and using SPSS statistical software to verify the database based on the SEM linear structural model with 5 groups of factors affecting employees' attachment, the results have shown that there are 4/5 groups of factors affecting the employees’ attachment with garment enterprises.
