A new technique for sensing Ga(III) concentration based on polyvinyl alcohol-citrate capped gold nanoparticle–p-aminohippuric acid hybrid (or three-layer core-shell configurations) has been demonstrated. The p-aminohippuric acid capped citrate-gold nanoparticles were comfortably agglomerated in the presence of Ga(III), and the color of the reaction quickly turned from red to violet or blue. Under the detection conditions, a good linear relationship was ideally obtained between the ratio of the absorbance intensity at 620 nm to that at 520 nm (A620/A520).

In this paper, we have offered a class of modified ratio type variance estimator for estimation of population variance of the study variable (basic), when Tri Mean and Quartile average of the auxiliary or supplementary variable are known. The bias and mean square error (MSE) of the proposed estimator are obtained. From the numerical study it is observed that the proposed estimator performs healthier under ideal situations than the existing estimators in the literature.

A desirable quality of a coreference resolution system is the ability to handle transitivity constraints, such that even if it places high likelihood on a particular mention being coreferent with each of two other mentions, it will also consider the likelihood of those two mentions being coreferent when making a final assignment. This is exactly the kind of constraint that integer linear programming (ILP) is ideal for, but, surprisingly, previous work applying ILP to coreference resolution has not encoded this type of constraint.
