Breus’ Mole là một hình thái khối máu tụ lớn trong tử cung rất hiếm gặp, có thể gây ra nhiều tác động không tốt tới mẹ và thai. Ca bệnh: Một trường hợp khối máu tụ lớn trong bánh nhau gây biến chứng thiếu máu nặng cho thai phụ có thai 19 tuần. Tiền sử sản khoa nặng nề, 3 lần sảy thai lưu; mang đột biến gen gây đông máu, có bệnh nền là viêm thận có biến chứng cao huyết áp. Từ thai 5 tuần người bệnh được điều trị giữ thai bằng thuốc progesteron và lovenox tiêm hàng ngày.

In this investigation, patterns of variation in the nucleolus organizer regions (NORs) in the chromosomes of Spalax leucodon and Spalax ehrenbergi were studied. The chromosomal location of the Ag-NORs was determined in two mole rat species. S. leucodon has 3 pairs of nucleolar chromosomes, but S. ehrenbergi has only 2 pairs of nucleolar chromosomes in their whole chromosome sets.

In the present study, the 2n = 54 chromosomal race of blind mole rats, Nannospalax xanthodon superspecies, from Kırıkkale Province in Turkey was investigated. Conventional chromosome staining, Ag-NOR (Nucleolus Organizer Region) staining, and C-banding analysis were carried out on specimens of mole rats.
