Morphological parameters

In this work, Ag(Cu)InS2 semiconductor nanoparticles were synthesized via microwave and solvothermal methods. The effects of synthetical parameters on the structure and morphology of the nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, UV–Vis, and EDX. The experimental results reveal that the AgInS2 compound can be crystallized in two different phases, which are tetragonal and orthorhombic.

Cotton bamboo fiber was prepared by steam explosion or mechanical method. Both methods included treated step in NaOH 1 N solution and the treated time was studied. The parameters of cotton fiber have been studied. The results of morphology and mechanical properties showed that the optimum treated time was 2.5 hours for the explosion-cotton fiber and 2 hours for the mechanical-cotton one.

Polyaniline has been electrochemically formed on stainless steel in sulphuric acid 0.5 N with and without KClO3. The CV spectrum style and the peak characteristic parameters, as peak potential Ep, peak current Jp, peak charges quantity Qp, then have been analyzed under a consideration of the effect of KClO3. The resistance of the PANi films was studied using electrochemical impedance measurement. It has been found that KClO3 has affected the PANi morphology much more than the CV spectrum.
