Accurate forecasting of the electrical load is a critical element for grid operators to make well-informed decisions concerning electricity generation, transmission, and distribution. In this study, an Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) model was proposed and compared with four other machine learning models including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU).

In this paper, author uses 8-bit fixed-point quantization to greatly reduce the memory space requirement of the feature maps and weights and the accuracy of LeNet-5 with MNIST dataset is only slightly reduced. This article introduces a virtual private network (VPN) system deployed in a 70m2 operator station and greenhouse at Vietnam National University of Agriculture. The VPN system allowed for remote programming, stable operation, and no loss of data during the signal collecting process, and allowed users to fully and quickly react when the system crashed or when the user needed to upgrade or maintain the greenhouse system.

In this article, we explore the operation of the LEACH (Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy) protocol - a protocol compatible with low-energy sources and propose a solution to improve efficiency in wireless sensor networks. The simulation results show that our solution is better in terms of the number of packets reaching the base station and the average lifetime of the sensor nodes.

In this thesis, focus on the wireless links between devices equipped by deployed operating personnel and intermediary access point infrastructure. We use multi-radio (MR) platforms, wireless devices with multiple and diverse transceiver technologies, to produce robust and reliable links through adaptive control of available transceivers. Primarily, we study the application of intelligent control techniques, namely reinforcement learning (RL), for adaptive control over diverse transceivers to achieve the desired robustness and reliability under dynamic environmental conditions.

The morphotectonic features of the TGFZ and the distribution of the epicenters of earthquakes over magnitude 5.0 show that this fault zone remains active today. In this study, the deformation of the TGFZ is determined with high sensitivity using geodetic measurements. To obtain accurate information about the deformation of the TGFZ, 24 GNSS sites and two continuously operating reference stations were constructed in the southern part of the TGFZ. Between 2018 and 2020, Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) measurements were made on this network.
