This study was conducted to assess factors related to the nutrition status among older patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) in 2023. A cross-sectional study was conducted on participants aged over 60 years old having PD at the National Geriatric Hospital from February 2023 to October 2023.

Nutritional impact symptoms (NISs) are proposed to be a key indicator of decreased dietary intake in patients with solid cancer. Cancer patients frequently experience NIS from the disease itself and from disease treatment side effects that impact oral and gastrointestinal health. This study also sought to identify the types of treatment and other factors related to dietary intake for solid cancer patients.
