The paper aims to summarize the knowledge and understanding of technology leadership in educational context, that is still scarce, and gather the empirical evidence on organizational change due to technology transformation at schools in five continents. Further aimed where information sharing wide supply chain management significantly and positively inserts moderating effects among the relationship between simplified organizational structure (SOS), collective decision making (CDM), adequate knowledge and skills (AKS), and organizational change (OC).

This study was designed using a quantitative approach through a survey questionnaire (self-administered). A total of 389 police personnel participated in this study. The data analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), by involving the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Applying the SEM approach, this study found that the variable of planned change, organizational climate, and transformational leadership has a significant relationship toward personnel and institution performance. Also, personnel performance plays a role as a mediator variable to institution performance.

This study collected questionnaires from 369 employees of small and medium enterprises in Taiwan, where the economic structure is dominated by SMEs, in order to analyze the effects of leadership style on organizational commitment and explore the role of trust between them. After factor analysis(exploratory, confirmatory), reliability and validity testing, multiple comparisons, and multiple regression analysis, the following results are obtained: (1)leadership style has significantly positive effects on organizational commitment.

Sharing of tacit knowledge is not without its own challenges. It proposed here that to encourage tacit knowledge sharing, Rewards Systems, and Organizational Structure must be present. This proposition tested among ICT employees in Amman, Jordan. The data collected were analyzed using Pearson correlations and multiple regression, and the results indicated that organizational structure significantly related to tacit knowledge sharing.

The findings of the study suggest that organizational culture and communication skills did not show any significant results, meaning that communication skills did not support OCB. It is expected that the next researcher can deepen the research with different objects, while paying attention to communication skills.

This study aims to present the results of the factors influencing organizational commitment in garment enterprises in Dong Nai, Vietnam. Based on a primary data sample collected from 203 employees in the garment enterprises, the results show that organizational commitment is significantly dependent on Perceived job satisfaction, Perceived leadership styles and Perceived emotional by employees.

The study explores the case of express bus companies in Tay Ninh province, Vietnam. By using the structural equation model approach to analyze the data collected from 295 passengers, who have experience in using the express bus, the results reveal that service quality has a significantly positive relationship with both perceived value and corporate image. Specifically, customer satisfaction and organizational image also positively influence behavioral intention.

Malaria and other vector-borne diseases are major contrib- utors to the total global burden of disease and a significant impediment to socioeconomic development in resource- poor countries. Although vector control has a proven record of saving lives by preventing, reducing or eliminating transmission, its benefits are far from being fully realized. The Global Strategic Framework for Integrated Vector Management (IVM) provides a basis for strengthening vector control in a manner that is compatible with national health systems.
