This article proposes several measures to organize practical lessons, a new type of lesson introduced in the 2022 History General Education Program. The study is based on feedback from 28 teachers and observations of 240 grade 11 students at Vinschool High School, Hanoi, who participated in these practical history lessons.

This changing external environment is the context for this 'practitioner research' investigative project - the development of a motorsports program as a case study of innovation and entrepreneurship at Wodonga Institute of TAFE. A participant-observer research approach was applied to examine the perceptions of the stakeholders about the development of the program. Data was collected through semi-formal interviews with stakeholders, maintaining a reflective research journal and reviewing related literature.

The research project is a collaborative, action inquiry, case study that investigates the gendered and inclusive practices of a teacher, exploring gendered language and behaviour that is (or not) utilised within their teaching. The researcher and the participant teacher plan, conduct, observe, reflect and discuss the role of gender in the learning and teaching practices in a grade 3/4 classroom.

The research reported here addresses the question of what is required to engage stakeholders to create effective change. It is a case study of one organisation, Melbourne Water, which is located in Victoria, Australia. The research is undertaken using a qualitative, action research framework and a systems psychodynamic perspective. Volunteer participants participated in one-on-one interviews and focus groups. The data is also generated through organisational observations and reflection utilising the methods of supervision and journaling.

With literature supporting the notion of identity construction such as identity struggle, organizational identification, identification of optimal balances between self and professional identities within traditional bureaucratic organizations, the aim of this dissertation seeks to determine how identity work is being constructed within a coworking space in a single case study.

The effect of a-tocopheryl hemisuccinate (TS) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/interferon-c (IFN)-induced nitric oxide production in rat vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) was examined. The LPS/IFN-induced NO production was enhanced by TS but not by the other a-tocopherol (a-T) derivatives a-tocopheryl acetate (TA) and a-tocopheryl nicotinate (TN), or a-T itself. a-T, TA and TN inhibited the enhancement by TS of LPS/IFNinduced NO production.

Huntingtin protein (Htt), whose mutation causes Huntington’s disease (HD), interacts with large numbers of proteins that participate in diverse cellular pathways. This observation indicates that wild-type Htt is involved in various cellular processes and that the mutated Htt alters these processes in HD.
