The main purpose of this study paper was to examine whether user satisfaction of the tax information systems can increase willingness to pay taxes. We investgated the supply chain management effects on the performance of the tax payment for eller and the user. So we surveyed 234 taxpayers in 16 tax offices in Indonesia. The data were analysed using structural equation modelling. The result showed that the higher user satisfaction on the tax information systems were associated with the greater willingness of taxpayer to pay tax.

Using a Choice Experiment (CE) technique, this study is undertaken to investigate the UUM students’ preferences and satisfaction on the university transport service. The results from the Latent Class Model (LCM) show that the respondents in UUM are not satisfied with the currently provided service and put a hope that the service will be improved soon. This study also found that the respondents are willing to pay (WTP) an additional amount of money if the service is improved where the focus attributes of the service are such passengers loading and service to the nearby towns.

The present study was conducted in Bengaluru urban district of Karnataka during 2018-19 to assess the consumer preference and their satisfaction about organic products. It was observed that 100 per cent of consumers preferred organic vegetables followed by organic fruits (80.00%), organic eggs (71.66%), millets (66.66%), Pulses (43.33%) and cereals and their bi products (30.00%). With respect to overall preference for organic products by the consumers, it was found that 53.33 per cent of consumers belong to medium category followed by high (30.00%) and low (16.66%) category.

The role of internal marketing has been confirmed through many researches in various fields. This article explores the relationship between some elements of internal marketing and the turnover intention of SME‟ employees in service industry in Hanoi. The study was carried out by quantitative method with a sample of 818 workers. The findings confirm that Leadership, Pay Satisfaction and Person-Organizational Fits significantly impact turnover intention. The Working environment was found to have no impact on Turnover intention in service industry.

The paper analyzes the job satisfaction of employees at the Operation Management Department of Industrial Equipment Trade Joint Stock Company (IETC) based on Job Description Index model, as well as proposes solutions to improve job satisfaction. Responses for surveys and questionnaires were collected from all 84 members of the department. Results show that satisfaction levels of factor “Pay”, “The work itself”, and “Promotions and promotion opportunities” are neutral; meanwhile “Coworker” and “Supervision” have satisfied level. This leads to overall job satisfaction at the level of neutral.

Eligibility requirements for FHIAP and SCHIP were identical and eligible families could choose to enroll in either program. Those who chose FHIAP, however, were more likely than their SCHIP counterparts to have parents who were highly educated and employed and to have prior experience with private health insurance coverage and paying premiums.
