The result of this research reveals that the implemented policy is not in harmony with the available resource in the field, and caused unoptimum output. Because of that, a cooperation between the available human resources in the policy implementation is vital to improve the sector’s contribution towards the national economy, where ports are placed as an accelerator of physical and economical development. Port reservice is a requirement to improve the inconducive and unprofessional Indonesian ports that contribute on ineffective and inefficient service performance.

The purposes of this study is to develop a digital-based learning model that is able to provide freedom of learning for teachers and students in the digital learning process. The results showed that the digital-based learning model which its development was based on inputs in the form of an independent learning policy and the digitalization movement; element of process in the form of studentcentered learning; element of output in the form of fun and flexible learning; and the element of intact results in the form of the establishment of student competencies.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate, compare and rank the overall efficiency based on the annual reports of companies in Malaysia stock market by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The analysis is carried out on 15 government-linked companies (GLCs) where cross-sectional data between periods of 2013 to 2017 were evaluated. Three efficiency input were considered including return on assets, return on equity and tobin’s q where the outcome or outputs were profitability.

This research examines the state of green entrepreneurship and explores key factors that can towards helping green entrepreneurship specifically among SMEs in Malaysia and Nigeria by means of a quantitative method. This study designed using Qualitative approach with reviewing the relevant literature (themes and topics). The results of this study found that the global dimension of GVC through the concept of Fiqh is input output, which consists of the sharia principles such as moral, quality and priority scale. Further, its distribution intended for Da'wah, education, social and economy. For geographical scope, it consists of a trade negotiation space of various countries.
