This study endeavors to analyze the prevailing circumstances concerning the development of voluntary social insurance for inhabitants of Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. The research methodology employed a survey approach comprising 103 respondents from 12 communes and towns within the district. Results from the survey depict an upward trend in the number of voluntary social insurance participants, albeit still maintaining a relatively small proportion compared to those under social insurance coverage.

This paper presents the study on the UV-Vis spectra, change of color and some properties of high density polyethylene/organo-modified calcium carbonate (HDPE/m-CaCO3) composites exposed naturally in Dong Hoi district, Quang Binh province (Vietnam).
