Bài viết "Tổng hợp và thử hoạt tính của một số dẫn chất benzothiazol-2-thiol hướng ức chế con đường quorum sensing" tiến hành tổng hợp, thử hoạt tính của một số dẫn chất benzothiazol-2-thiol hướng ức chế QS và đã tổng hợp thành công 5 dẫn chất bằng phương pháp vi sóng. Kết quả thử nghiệm hoạt tính cho thấy, chất 2 và 5 ức chế trung bình hoạt động của QS so với chất chuẩn 4-Nitropyridine-1-oxide (4NPO) với giá trị IC 50 tương ứng là 212,03±2,17 và 198,11±3,48 µg/ml. Kết quả của nghiên cứu mở ra một khung chất mới cho phát triển thuốc trong tương lai.
