This study identifies 38 endangered and rare plant species. Among them, 20 species in Vietnam Red Data Book 2007; 20 species belong to Decree No. 84/2021/ND-CP; 16 species belong to Appendix II of CITES (2024), and 4 species belong to IUCN (2024). Simultaneously, this study added summary information about the conservation status, life forms, geographical factors, and uses of 38 plant endangered and rare species in Me Linh Station for Biodiversity, Vinh Phuc province.

Seed propagation of Mycetia balansae Drake is not easy, due to low germination rate and low viability, so it is very rare in nature. In order to conserve this plant as well as to use for commercial purposes in cooperation with Tue Linh Co.Ltd, providing a large number of plants is necessary and in vitro tissue culture technology could be solve this problem. Therefore, the study on "Callus induction and plant regeneration in vitro from leaf explants of mycetia balansae drake" was carried out.

The tassel fern, Huperzia squarrosa, is a rare and medicinally valuable plant known for containing Huperzine A. It propagates naturally through spores, rhizomes, cuttings, and clump division, but with a slow multiplication rate. This study aimed to optimize propagation conditions for H. squarrosa using stem cuttings and in vitro culture techniques to support its preservation and development.

Diterpenes are a structurally diverse class of molecules common in plants, although they are very rarely found in bacteria. We report the identifica-tion in Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb) of three diterpenes proposed to promote phagolysosome maturation arrest. MS analysis reveals that these diterpenes are novel compounds not previously identified in other organ-isms.
