The environmental performance index of industrial park (EPIIP) was established based on the multi-criteria evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process method. The results of the study indicated that the VSIP I industrial park reached 68.95 points (relatively good level). Moreover, the results also showed that VSIP I was one of the industrial parks practicing good performance to protect environmental problems.

The aim of this study was to analyze the relative frequency, clinical characteristics, disease onset and progression in f-IPF vs. sporadic IPF (s-IPF). Methods: Familial IPF index patients and their family members were recruited into the European IPF registry/ biobank (eurIPFreg) at the Universities of Giessen and Marburg (UGMLC). Axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) is a relatively frequent and debilitating disease, with a prevalence ranging from 0.1 to 2% in the Caucasian population. Current Assessment of Spondyloarthritis International Society (ASAS) classification criteria of AxSpA rely either on sacroiliitis on imaging plus one SpA feature or positive HLAB27 antigen plus two SpA features, in a patient with chronic low back pain and age at onset of less than 45 years.

Sinonasal cancer (SNC) has been related to occupational exposures, but the relative risk associated to specific jobs and/or carcinogen exposures other than wood and leather dust is generally based on small or inadequate sample sizes and the range of observed estimates is large. The economic growth in Vietnam has not been without cost as the natural environment - forests, biodiversity and coastal zones-came under additional pressure. To address the situation with the aim of proactive prevention, the Prime Minister issued the Directive No. 25/CT-TTg, dated 31/8/2016, on some urgent missions and solutions to protect environment. This paper presents a multi-criteria assessment approach for the prioritisation of low-carbon technologies for the waste sector in order to enable the implementation of Vietnam’s nationally determined contributions (NDCs) in terms of the Paris Agreement. A four-step approach is developed for assessing and prioritising low-carbon technologies for the waste sector using this approach. A set of five criteria and indicators are defined for multi-criteria assessment. Based on mitigation options defined in the NDCs, a shortlist of 26 technological options are defined.

Concrete is an inherently brittle material with a relatively low tensile strength compared to compressive strength. Reinforcement with randomly distributed short fibres presents an effective approach to the stabilization of the crack and improving the ductility and tensile strength of concrete. A variety of fibre types, including steel, synthetics, and natural fibres, have been applied to concrete. Polypropylene (PP) fibre reinforcement is considered to be an effective method for improving the shrinkage cracking characteristics, toughness, and impact resistance of concrete materials.

In this paper, a new fuzzy multi-criteria mathematical model for the selection of the best among a finite number of ordering policy of raw material in a supply chain is developed. The problem treated is a part of the purchasing plan of a company in an uncertain environment and it is very common in business practice. Optimization criteria selected describe the performance measures of ordering policies and generally their relative importance is different. It is assumed that the values of the optimization criteria are vague and imprecise.
