The study reviews existing literature on tourism, chatbot technology, and Maslow's Hierarchy, and curates a dataset aligned with different levels of the hierarchy. Using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) within TensorFlow, the ICTA is trained and evaluated for accuracy, response time, and user satisfaction.
