Stable positive solutions

This article aims to provide an overview of Vietnam’s Social Insurance, assess the current status of policy development and implementation, as well as social insurance regimes in Vietnam in the past. The study draws positive results, limitations, targets orientation and proposes solutions to reform policies, implement social insurance regimes to ensure all members have safe and stable life, and contribute to the country’s sustainable economic development.

In this paper, we study a system of the form ( ∆λu = v ∆λv = −u −p in R N , where p > 1 and ∆λ is a sub-elliptic operator. We obtain a Liouville type theorem for the class of stable positive solutions of the system.

In this paper, we report on biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using Gracilaria corticata (Red seaweed) at room temperature along with photo-catalytic degradation of Malachite green dye. UV spectral analysis showed peak at 380 nm with special reference to the excitation of surfaces plasmon vibration by silver nanoparticles. The morphology of silver nanoparticles was found to be spherical and ranges about 100 nm as confirmed by HR-SEM. Positive zeta potential value of 7.7mV suggests that the nanoparticles are moderately stable in colloidal solution.

In this paper, we presented a novel multi-strain TB model of variable-order fractional derivatives, which incorporates three strains: drug-sensitive, emerging multi-drug resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR), as an extension for multi-strain TB model of nonlinear ordinary differential equations which developed in 2014 by Arino and Soliman [1]. Numerical simulations for this variable-order fractional model are the main aim of this work, where the variable-order fractional derivative is defined in the sense of Gru¨nwald–Letnikov definition.

We have engineered a stable octameric hemoglobin (Hb) of molecular mass 129 kDa, a dimer of recombinant hemoglobin (rHbbG83C-F41Y) tetra-mers joined by disulfide bonds at theb83 position. One of the major prob-lems with oxygen carriers based on acellular hemoglobin solutions is vasoactivity, a limitation which may be overcome by increasing the mole-cular size of the carrier.

In this paper we treat the two-variable positive extension problem for trigonometric polynomials where the extension is required to be the reciprocal of the absolute value squared of a stable polynomial. This problem may also be interpreted as an autoregressive filter design problem for bivariate stochastic processes.
