  • This study assesses factors affecting the intention to apply modern management accounting (MMA) in manufacturing enterprises in central Vietnam. SPSS and SmartPLS software are used to process data collected from 150 senior leaders and chief accountants in manufacturing enterprises. Research result shows that there are eight factors affecting the intention to apply MMA, including Perception of usefulness, perception of the application’s ease, manager’s attitude, subjective norms, factors belonging to the business, low-cost strategy, differentiation strategy, and business environment.

  • In order to test the proposed model and hypotheses, a survey was conducted on a sample including 370 young consumers in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. The findings of structural equation modeling indicate that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control toward organic food purchase are positively related to purchase intention. In addition, health consciousness, trust in labeling and certification, and modern self are found to be significant predictors of attitude toward buying organic food. The research findings were discussed and future research directions were provided.

  • This study examined the impact of some antecedents of green PI among consumers in Vietnam and Taiwan, focusing on the indirect impact of materialistic values (through attitude).
