In this study, we systematically screened and assessed the antibacterial efficacy of five chitosan preparations of different viscosities and components. Additionally, we explored the synergistic antimicrobial potential of the most potent chitosan sample in combination with commonly employed antibiotics, including ampicillin, amoxicillin, oxacillin, and levofloxacin against four prevalent BM-causing pathogens: Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus uberis and Pseudomonas sp.

The study was done based on primary and secondary data sources. A self-administered questionnaire was designed to collect relevant information from the selected 203 respondents. Among this 200 questionnaire were returned and analyzed. Multistage sampling method was used and employees are selected from each stratum with a systematic sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS version 20 using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions.

In Malaysia, the initial public offering (IPO) market has seen some changes in 2016 due to poor economic conditions. Project risk management practices in IPO projects by investment bank are to be explored in this paper. This will be done to identify their positive impact on an IPO project in Malaysia to understand the significance of the role of project risk management in determining IPO success. The goal of the IPO is to obtain approval for it to be launched in the stock exchange market.
