The experience of English teaching, especially speaking class, comes from the actual classroom and that is not a good news for a new teacher, who does not have it but urgently needs to acquire the basic knowledge. This writing provides the reasons why the level of interesting acts as a crucial point in the succeeding of a class. Furthermore, some methods of teaching speaking are going to be viewed and discussed to strengthen the point of view that intrinsic motivation should be applied in the class.

Each piece corresponds to a research objective and reflects a research question. The research questions were formulated to tackle aspects of the research problem. The research outcomes could contribute to the growing body of knowledge about music activities delivered by classroom teachers.

Whilst the level of CQ and the factors that influence CQ have been investigated among business students, it has not been applied to the academics responsible for their education. In the context of CQ, there is a lack of knowledge regarding the capacity or preparedness of university academics to deal with the increasing phenomenon of multiculturalism in the classroom. This study examines teachers’ attitudes towards the correction of spoken errors through one-to-one interviews and a belief questionnaire. It also investigates the relationship between those standpoints and their teaching practice in classroom context and accordingly suggests more effective ways to deal with students’ spoken errors. For convenience, the two terms “error” and “mistake” are used interchangeably in this study.
