The paper shows the influence of the factors in the model on work motivation and performance results of employees in JSCBs. This paper has also indicated that there are four main core characteristics that positively affect the employee motivation JSCBs: variety of skills, job significance, autonomy, feedback; and employee motivation also positively affect their job performance.
