Supply chain management practices (SCMP) have progressively emerged as a contingent factor in improving sustainable performance in universities. More and more organisations including the manufacturing and service sectors are making use of SCM to improve their performance. This study aims to develop an effective instrument to measure SCM practices with reliable predictors to enhance product quality and business performance in education industries in Malaysia.

Telecommunication industry has begun to appreciate and embrace Lean Six Sigma (LSS) not only to improve organisation productivity but also to enhance supply chain performance. In any industry, the supply chain performance plays a crucial role and it is vital in growth of the industry. Through this study, an attempt is made to find some insight to the supply chain performance measurement practices of Indian industries through an exploratory survey. The study reveals almost all the respondents (84%) felt that supply chain performance measurement system employed in their organisation has a clear purpose.

This research paper has analysed the role of green supply chain management practices on organisational performance in the manufacturing sector of Malaysia. The moderating role of supply chain traceability and institutional pressure are considered as the moderators. Method: Primary data was collected via Likert scale based survey questionnaire. This study analysed the effects of circular economy, supply chain management innovation and sustainability on organisation performance. A total of 163 respondents, who are public sector employees in Bandung City, participated in this study. The hypotheses were tested using the descriptive and verification research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and structural equation modelling analysis through the LISREL programme was employed. Results indicated that circular economy and supply chain management innovation significantly and positively influence organisation performance.

This paper examined the association between financial leverage and financial performance of Nigerian manufacturing firms. Performance is the ability of management to control firms’ resources to gain competitive advantage. Among the internal organisational factors that affect firms’ profitability is financial leverage which is the firms’ capital structure framework. From agency theory perspective, it is hypothesised that profitability increases with debt financing to a certain optimal level of debts.

The aim of this paper "Methodological approaches for assessing the link between supply chain and organizational culture" is to expand the knowledge of buyer-supplier relationships by investigating the extent to which organisational cultural fit between a buyer and supply chain participants influences performance. Findings demonstrate that complementarity rather than congruence between the supply chain partners achieved successful performance outcomes.
