This presentation will introduce the smart urban formation process with ideas and operational models. At the same time, we will introduce a smart city rating system based on the role of urban government and the community; thus, we will find the existing and building of the development orientation. Finally, we will present a case study to applying smart city model in Hanoi capital, Vietnam in the trend of sustainable development in the future.

Internal combustion engines (ICEs), especially diesel engines, continue to play a huge role in the development of the global economy. The research trends to improve combustion is still the main research direction in recent years with the help of 3D simulation tools. In this study, a 3D-model of a four-stroke, single-cylinder diesel engine was built using AVL Fire software to evaluate the influence of injector geometry parameters on engine characteristics.

Numerous studies have been conducted on the microbiota of insects in general and honeybees in particular. However, studies have primarily focused on adult honeybees, with fewer studies dedicated to larvae. Despite being within the hive, honeybee larvae still possess their distinct microbiota.

This study seeks to examine (1) the impact of crisis timing strategies (stealing thunder and thunder) on responsibility and (2) explore the role of involvement in the crisis communication field. The experiment employees a between-subjects design and utilizes a fictitious crisis scenario to collect data from 300 participants. The results show that the use of stealing thunder to mitigate crisis damage is much more beneficial to organizations than thunder.

Research using group interview samples of local authorities, residents, and tourism enterprises in the CBT destinations in Thanh Hoa province to deeply understand the fact and causes of conflicts. The collected data was coded and treated by using MaxQDA Pro 2020 software. The results show that the causes of conflicts in CBT destinations are disagreements about the vision and deference of perceived benefits and costs.

The problem investigated is the potential gap between the rhetoric of the 'promise of e-business' versus the dynamics of enactment and impacts of ICT in practice in the social enterprise sector. The main contribution of the research is to identify the real development impact of lCT use by social enterprises by assessing the role of ICTs in achieving their goals. Its major finding is that SEs' social and business missions are inextricably linked .and their use of ICTs and benefits from it can be used as a proxy to assess ICTD. This is an historical study on the development of accounting in Vietnam, by examining the role of the state in the evolving professionalization of the accounting profession in the colonial and post-colonial periods. The Vietnamese accounting profession has been defined by the state, given that the development has been led by the state and subject to state regulations. Puxty et al. (1987) work which recognizes the State, Market and Community principles has provided the theoretical framework, to help understand the factors underpinning the development of the accounting profession in Vietnam.
