Bài viết trình bày đánh giá hiệu quả của việc sử dụng liệu pháp hút áp lực âm có tưới rửa (negative pressure wound therapy with instillation - NPWTi) trong điều trị các vết thương nhiễm khuẩn. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 27 trường hợp với 36 vết thương khác nhau. Các vết thương được điều trị bằng NPWTi tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai và Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội từ tháng 5/2022 - 8/2024.

Thyroid carcinomas are the most common endocrine malignancies. The cervical lymph node metastasis rate in patients with PTC ranges from 30-80% and there is a significant difference in survival at 14 years for those with and without lymph node metastases. Medicinal plants play an important role in the alternative or complement therapy to manage of urinary stones at this time. Terminalia genus was proved anti-urolithiatic activity via in vitro inhibition of calcium oxalate formation. Among the samples, Terminalia catappa showed as a potential plants for this activity in India. Moreover, they were a common plant species in Vietnam and there was no research on this topic in our country.
