It drives investors to invest in property companies namely stock. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of Economic Value Added, Return on Equity, and Earnings per Share toward Stock Price. Also, the role of Price Earnings Ratio as a Moderating Variable in the relationship among variables studied. The secondary data obtained from annual reports, financial statements.

The failure of inflation targeting regimes in several emerging economies has received renewed interest among academics and policymakers alike. This ineffectiveness can be attributed to worsening fiscal positions in the aftermath of the Global Financial Crisis, which sheds light on the importance of coordinating fiscal policy and monetary policy to achieve price stability. The ultimate stability of nonlinear time-varying systems with multiple delays and bounded disturbances are investigated in this paper. Based on some comparison techniques via differential inequalities, explicit delay-independent conditions are derived for determining an ultimate bound such that all state trajectories of the system converge exponentially within that bound. The obtained results also guarantee exponential stability of the system when the input disturbance vector is ignored. Numerical simulations are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

Grain yield in rice is considered as a complex trait, determined by the ultimate expression of its individual component traits. Establishing an association between yield and its component traits plays a vital role in stabilizing the trait ‘overall yield’. In this paper, we analyze theories of bank stability on market concentration, financial deepening, bank income structure and international debt situation by using panel data for 18 emerging countries. Our results show that alternative financial system plays an important role in the bank risk behavior. The potentially important policy implication is that policies supporting financial deepening or promoting liquidity in the banking industry might not necessarily improve banking stability.
