The study's purpose is to in silico molecular docking of some new s-triazine derivatives for anticancer activity on the VEGFR2 receptor. Fifty s-triazine derivatives were screened for anticancer activity through inhibition of VEGFR2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2) by molecular docking method using AutoDock Vina software.

The rest of this paper is arranged as follows. Section II shows some theoretical bases as PID controller, fuzzy PID controller, DC motor, microcontroller STM32F103C8T6… System design steps are provided in section III. The results of the proposed system are presented and discussed in section IV. Finally, section 5 closed the paper with some relevant conclutions.

This study used the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform to calculate the water capacity of the Saigon-Dongnai basin using remote sensing-derived products related to evapotranspiration (ET) and precipitation (P). Stictic acid, a depsidone in many lichen species, is a potentially bioactive compound. Derivatives of stictic acid were synthesised by halogenation or esterification. However, the effects of these conditions on the decomposition of stictic acid have yet to be studied. A fragment-based approach has been applied to derive 2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4- yl)acetic acid 1 into 4 new coumarin derivatives 2a-d through amide bonds. The compounds were screened for their anticancer activity using MTT assay on MCF-7 and HepG2 cell lines.

Ocimum africanum L. is a distinctive Vietnamese herb, especially common in Tuy Hòa, Phú Yên. This study focuses on extracting and analyzing the chemical composition of the essential oil derived from the leaves of Ocimum africanum. The essential oil was extracted using the steam distillation method and its chemical composition was analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).

Chamaecrista pumila has empirically been used to treat inflammation-associated complications. However, the molecular mechanism and chemical components underlying the anti-inflammatory activity of this medicinal plant are poorly understood. Hence, the present study aimed to identify main bioactive compounds from the ethyl acetate fraction of C. pumila extract, which was demonstrated to possess the strongest anti-inflammatory effect in a previous study, and provide mechanistic insights into modulation of inflammatory responses by the compound of interest.

This research is built upon the determination of the Eigenpairs of one and two dimensional positive differential operators with periodic boundary conditions. The Schrödinger equation was solved for positive operators in both one and two dimensions. Fourier series were used to express the derivatives as the summation of Fourier terms. This led to a novel approach for the calculation of the eigenmodels of a perturbed potential well. The perturbation can be done via an electric field applied to the potential well.
