This study examines the impact of alternative energy resources, natural resources, and government spending on Vietnam's ecological sustainability from 1990 to 2021, using the environmental Kuznets curve (EKC) framework. Employing all the public recognized data from World Bank, our findings reveal an inverse relationship between carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions and renewable and nuclear energy use, natural resources, and government expenditure.

This paper focuses on exploring Machine learning methods to automate this process. The main challenge we face is in generating adequate training datasets to train the Machine learning model. Creating training data by manually segmenting real images is very labour-intensive, so we have instead tested methods of automatically creating synthetic training datasets which have the same attributes of the original images. The generated synthetic images are used to train a U-net Model, which is then used to segment the original bread dough images.

The in vitro activities of purified potato starch branching enzyme (SBE) I and II expressed in Escherichia coli were compared using several assay methods. With the starch– iodine method, it was found that SBE I was more active than SBE II on an amylose substrate, whereas SBE II was more active than SBE I on an amylopectin substrate.
